EXPERIENCE:
Since 2013, she partners up with clients as a strategic consultant in leadership & organizational development, cultural change and HR strategy in various markets in Latin America.
Co-founder and co-director at Hi Human Insight since 2017.
Prior to that, she developed most of her career at Philip Morris International. Over 15 years, holding diverse leadership roles based in Buenos Aires -AR- and Lausanne -CH- with market, regional, and global reach. She developed cross-functional expertise in IS and HR, partnering with all the business functions and developing high impact projects.
MAGDALENA ONETO GAONA

EXPERIENCE:
Since 2014, she has worked with international companies and NGOs, focusing on culture & leadership development, effective communication and team dynamics, to create thriving teams and work environments that invite diversity and enhance the contribution of each individual.
She is partner and co-director at Hi Human Insight since 2020.
Previously, she developed a 10-year international career in first-line multinationals such as Unilever PLC, and Philip Morris International, playing high impact HR leadership roles in the UK, Argentina and Latin America.

Since 2017, she has facilitated workshops and courses with women’s groups on various topics (entrepreneurship, finance, etc.), and works with private 1-1 coaching clients.
Co-director at Hi Human Insight since 2020.
Co-Founder of «Pixie Finance». Entrepreneurship that provides training, mentorship and financial coaching to women.
Previously, she worked in the audit area at PwC, she was Director of Accounting and Finance both at Interrupción S.A. in Buenos Aires, as in Weemba, Inc., in Miami.
